Offering a wide selection of French crêpes, organic salads/soups and internationally influenced savory rice bowls, elevated tacos Market Street Kitchen offers spectacular flavors, and healthy dishes to satisfy any appetite including kids (children's menu). Dietary restrictions are accommodated including Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian.

Indulge in a perfectly paired adult refreshment such as champagne and oysters, craft beer with the pork carnitas bowl or a french wine mated with the bison cheeseburger crepe. Our beverage program will have you toasting life.

While the menu offers a variety of tasty dishes, the real stars here are the crêpes. Raised in Paris, Mawa has been making crêpes almost her entire life, and the menu reflects her love of this versatile dish. Savory crêpes and sweet alike, are both made with organic flours, and organic, free range Colorado eggs. You can also elect for the gluten-free crepe batter.

Mawa’s well known passion for sourcing her ingredients locally continues at Market Street Kitchen with products from Tender Belly, Eagle Springs Organic, Two Roots Farm in Emma Basalt, Avalanche Cheese company (to name a few).
